Early Registration Rate
To receive the special early registration rate, register by April 7, 2025.

Mail and Faxed Payment Options:

• Mail checks payable to: MNSHA.
• Credit card services are available. (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX).
• Purchase Order (attach with registration form) – Registrations not accepted without approved purchase order forms.

Group Registration is available when people from the same workplace register to attend Convention together. Discounts are available based on the number of attendees.

• Printable Group Registration Form→ Employer must complete this form and include it with all individual Printable Registration Forms. All documents can be mailed or faxed with a check or credit card for payment.
• Online Group Registration Form→ Complete this online form and include scanned registration forms. This online version is available with credit card payment only.

Cancellations and Refunds

Full refunds (minus a $25 handling fee) will be made only if written cancellation request is received no later than April 14, 2025.

All cancellations and refunds will be processed after the Convention.
