Group Memberships
Group Memberships are available when people from the same workplace join MNSHA. Discounts are available based on the number of members.
- 5-10 Members = $5 discount per member
- 11+ Members = $10 discount per member

- Printable Group Membership Form→ Employer must complete this form and include it with all individual printable membership applications. All documents can be mailed or faxed with a check or credit card for payment.
