Criteria:
Honors of the Association
Send nominee’s résumé or vita to office@mnsha.org, as well as 2-4 letters of support, which should provide evidence of the nominee’s contributions in each area. In addition, nominators may wish to comment on the quality of the nominee’s work, as well as his or her leadership skills. Include nominee’s name on all recognition letters.
Spirit of MSHA Award
Send nominee’s résumé or vita to office@mnsha.org, as well as 2-4 letters of support, which should provide evidence of the nominee’s contributions to MNSHA and the professions. In addition, nominators may wish to comment on the quality of the nominee’s work, as well as his or her leadership skills. Include nominee’s name on all recognition letters.
Lifetime Achievement Award
Send nominee’s résumé or vita to office@mnsha.org, as well as 2-4 letters of support, which should provide evidence of the nominee’s career-long contributions to the professions. Include nominee’s name on all recognition letters.
Distinguished Service Award
Send 1-4 letters of support to office@mnsha.org which should provide evidence of the nominee’s contributions to persons with communication disorders and/or to the professions. Include nominee’s name on all recognition letters.
Client Recognition Award
Send 1-4 letters of support to office@mnsha.org which should describe the nominee’s achievements. Include nominee’s name on all recognition letters.
